Annoying blinker-like sound started occurring one week ago. Depending on the position of steering wheel, the noise is continuous. The sound is similar to the sound of a blinker but it is twice as fast. The noise is constant and VERY ANNOYING. I thought this was a recall that was fixed by the dealership in 2003.
