They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. My 2001 Pontiac Grand Am has had problems with brakes/ABS and wheel hubs. With 47K miles on the car, I've had problems with ABS/trac off/svc vehicle lights, brakes needing to be replaced & rotors turned, and have had to replace both front wheel hubs(at $391 per hub, just for the parts) and a wheel bearing.
