After driving home from my son having surgery in the pouring rain, we turned down our street and noticed that his truck was open. As many teen to 20 somethings have, he has a stereo system in the trunk. He panicked in his stupor and tried to get out of the car to see if it had been stolen. Thankfully it had not, yet we were puzzled as to why the trunk was open. Later that evening, I looked out our 2nd floor window and saw his headlights on. His dad tried to start the car, and it ran 2 minutes and cut off. No more starting, it won't run. Lights still turn on and off on their own, the locks and windows don't work.

We disconnected the battery to try avoid from draining it. We just paid off the car, and now we need to have it towed to a repair shop and who knows how much that will cost. Very frustrated. :(

went out one morning in April to start card and it was dead though i had left lights or something like that on call auto club got booste worked o/k for a couple of days did the same thing though wife had left something on but had battery replaced at a cost of $165.then one night as we were on our balcony we noticed that the tail lights were on as we watched they turn off then back on again .by the time i got to the car they were off again .the next day took car to auto shop .they thought the problem to be the after market anti theft device removed it charged me $130 and sent me on my merry way. the car worked great for about a week or so when i noticed that the tail lights came on again with the key in my pocket .returned to the dealer the next day charged me an additional $112 to place it on the diagnostic machine to find on codes .that is were we are right now .i will try to update this as we progress through to a cure
