SHE LOCKED THE BRAKES TO BRING THE CAR TO A STOP. WHEN I GOT THERE I RESTARTED CAR. ENGINE WAS RUNING 4000 RPM'S. HAD TO HAVE CAR TOWED TO LOCAL DEALER THEY DISCONNECTED CABLE FROM CRUISE CONTROL TO THROTTLE LINKAGE. CHARGED 40 DOLLARS AND ESTIMATED 480 DOLLARS TO REPLACE CRUISE CONTROL MODULE .
