All I thought this was was wind noise from the passenger door and it turned out to be a 10" gap in the seal of the windshield right from the factory. Amazingly it only leaked when it was hit dead on with a pressure washer and there was no rust damage. Thankfully it only took a glass shop an hour or so to fix it and have it on the road again without any wind noise.
