Grand Am V6
I was going out of town so I made sure everything was working on my car before my trip. The one thing I completely did not expect was to make sure I had more then a 1/2 a tank of gas for the ride to my destination. On the highway I almost ran out of gas until finally I hit a gas station (this could have been a lot worse). I filled up and went the rest of the way to my destination. On the was home my car started to randomly start slowing down. Thank god I was able to pull over to the side of the road, but I couldn't get my car to start again. It turned over once. So I had to get a tow and wait for an hour on a very busy highway. I got my fuel injector replaced the next day. If you own this car it is a good idea to put fuel injector cleaner in every other fill up so you don't have to fork over 600 bucks. My coworker's wife who has the same car as me had the same exact problem. I don't know if adding the cleaner will completely eliminate the problem, but it must help. Its also winter here in upstate New York, so that couldn't have helped matters either
