Spark plugs were changed because they claim thats what the diagnostic reading indicated. actually it turned out to be the fuel injectors so I waisted $100 dollars on a reading that was incorrect. Then they charged $211 for the spark plugs. I think they are just taking advantage of me because I am a woman.
