Transmission failed resulting in a complete loss of transmission fluid and shifting capabilites while in the process of merging from I-90/94 to I-55. Final drive gear failed causing a catastrophic failure that resulted in a failure of transmission and differential with a puncture in the differential casing. Stranded on interstate for 2 hours.
