When the consumer activated the turn to signal to indicate a lane change, there was a very rapid clicking of the turn signal relay. The light indicator on the dash did not flash, but from the clicking noise, the consumer thought the turn signals were operating properly, the consumer finally discovered the rear turn signal light flashed twice of its normal speed, however the corresponding front signal was not flashing at all.
