This is the newest car I've ever had and I hate it! I can now add this problem to the overheating problem and the losing coolant problem and whatever the new recall problem is involving fire.It doesn't seem fair they can continue selling these pieces of crapp and not disclose any of this.I'm really questioning my loyalty to American cars . Thanks for listening....Cindy

Every time it rained, the front passenger floor filled up with water. I had my mechanic investigate, and it turned out that there was a hole in the firewall. I had bought my car used, and this was an undisclosed problem. I never discovered how the hole got there, but the car was never wrecked according to its history. The repair worked, and the car has remained free of that problem for 5 years, though now I have other non-related mystery issues.

After having my car for 6 months, I started to notice when it rained hard, I'd go to my car and on the passenger side there would be a puddle covering the entire floor on the passenger side! I would have to shop-vac the floor and hope it dryed before the floor mildews or worse rust and eventually have a hole on that side! Now when I use the heater or AC I have a really annoying whistling sound and eventually the sound stops! I know this is messing up my electrical system but it's hard to get it looked at and find where the leak is until it rains! I love my car but damn I have a feeling it dont love me back! Anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Not sure where or how the water is getting in but I do notice that after a big rain the passenger floor is wet. Haven't bothered to get it looked at because half the people who I have talked to say that the problem is never found.
