Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Purchased veh in O6, as soon as I drove it off the lot the airbag warning lite came on. Called dealer they agreed to take a look at it, prior to appointment I also noticed the horn didn't work. Car is sent to dealer to be looked at they said that the lf airbag sensor was bad. They replaced it and claimed to have fixed the horn as well. The horn still don't work the strike position seems to move around and only works once and a while. And now only 2 months after replaceing the sensor the lite is back on. Took it back and they have no clue as to why.

The horn is unpredictably intermittent-you never know when it will not work -there is no pattern. Wiring checks ok and relay has been replaced suspect intermittent computer horn relay control but have not been able to test at failure. Vehicle has only 4600 miles. Have seen same complaint on this vehicle on internet.

I have a 2004 Grand Prix, horn only sounds on a certain area of wheel, and this is not acceptable when another car jumps in front of you.

Horn does not work. Dealer examined the vehicle and had to replace the steering package. Then, horn worked. Currently, horn is defective again.
