This is the second failure of the passenger side air bag system. The first time was in 2011 at 8614 miles and repaired. Now 2016 another servive passenger side air bag at 20000miles. The first bill for repair in 2011 was $1067.04 and now in 2016 after 12000 miles they want to repair their faulty system again for $1290.86. Will this continue occurring? Come on GM, be fair, this is not fair play for pay at all.

I think the passenger seat sensors failed shortly after I had the recall on the ignition switch replaced . I drive the car very little and seldom does anyone ride with me ,but would hate to think what would happen if in a wreak and the passenger air bag didn't deploy if a passenger was with me .

Too much money for a person who has no passages to buy a modem for passengers airbag and seatbelt.

On the right side airbag is not working, I had it checked out and they said it would be 1,050 dollars to fix it. I took the car to Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie Maryland . They replaced the ignition & starter switch on a recall. This matter should be taken and looked deeper into this matter.

Solstice 4 cyl Non Turbo

  • Automatic transmission

this should be recalled because it is a safety issue because the passenger air bag is now inoperative. there should have been an ON OFF switch installed and the 700 dollars the dealer quoted me to fix this problem is absured. he could not guarantee this problem would not return I have talked with several people who have experienced similar problems and think this is a defect
