They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. the rear window defroster quit working call the dealer and the said bring it in to test it and it cost 80.00 dollars so ask to talk to a mechanic and he said under the plactic on the floor by the door theres a connector where the wires go together and sure enough i check it and connector was melted so i by pass it and connteced the wire together and it worked again they said it was a common problem
