This is a problem that is normal for gm products with security system. The dealer just keeps making money on parts & service.

After car starts once in morning if you turn the key off you cannot get it to start again for a while. You turn the key on the security light comes on and stays on. The car will not start if it does this. You may be stranded for some time. The longest I've had to wait so far is 3 hrs.
