We don't have a lot of complaints on file for the Pontiac Transport (although feel free to add yours here) -- probably because it's so old, no one bothers to post complaints anymore.
The 1998 Pontiac Transport has the most complaints, & the most-reported problem is with the 1990 Transport for stalls after running for a long time.

This applies to the 3.0L engine with throttle body fuel injection ( I believe this was the only engine offered this model year ). speedometer not working -- 1998 Transport:
When I inserted the key and switched on, the indicator of the speedometer went to the maximum and it didn't return. It is still in the same position for about three months. Read more »

head gasket leaks -- 1998 Transport:
Just had the head gasket replaced for $1500 after just having the Manifold gasket replaced last fall for $900. Now I owe way more than the van is worth. I hear it is a problem with the "Dexcool" antifreeze. Eats away at the gaskets. Read more »
