ENGINE STARTS FINE BUT ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON-ENGINE RUNS PERFECTLY SMOOTHLY-AFTER RUNNING A SHORT TIME WHEN I COME TO A TRAFFIC STOP THE ENGINE WILL BEGIN TO SURGE AND DIE-ALTHOUGH IF I SHIFT TO NEUTRAL IT WILL USUALLY SMOOTH OUT AND NOT DIE-IT WILL ALWAYS RESTART INSTANTLY AND RUNS FINE I HAVE CHANGED THE FUEL PUMP-PVC VALVE-PLUGS-WIRES-FUEL FILTER-
