This problem has been hell on me and my 6 yr old son. As a single mom with an extremely limited income to repair this problem after having the car less than 1 yr is outrageous. The noise is unbearable. Mechanic couldn't figure out what the problem was initially and now apparently its come to light to be the bearing and/or the transfer case or both. Someone, anyone, got advice, please share it.
