During winter months interior windows of vehicle fog/ice up to point of having to use scraper. Dealer claims melting snow & slush from customer boots saturating interior carpet as cause. Only solution is ritual & rigorous interior cleaning with wet/dry vac & drying out underlay foam back carpet. This explanation is utterly ridiculous as we have 2 identical vehicles & only one has the problem.
