Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Vehicle hesitation - three occasions - first while trying to cross a divided hesitated, left me in the East bound lane, oncoming car just missed my wife and I; second while crossing a two land highway - car hesitated while I was in West bound lane, attempting to head East bound.. no accident; third time in drive way. Took car to dealer after first incident - nothing showed on car computer so nothing was done; after second and third incident I took car to dealer and is now replacing the six coils (?) after my very concerned complaint. Car is still with dealer. Can I trust the repair or will I be less lucky the next time"?"

1) the visit workshop light appeared on my new 2005 Porsche 911 carrera S. 2) on November 30, 2004 the vehicle was running fine with the workshop light on. The vehicle then suddenly lost engine power at 65 mph durring acceleration on the NJ turnpike. The loss of engine power caused several tractor-trailers to nearly colide with my vehicle, and with others, while I proceeded twords the sholder area. The vehicle was then able to run enough on the sholder at 15 to 30 mph to a safe exit off the turnpike. 3) the vehicle is at the ray catena Porsche service area in Edison New Jersey, and it has not been looked at, to diagnose the failure.
