When stopping on open road to turn across traffic the steering wheel binds when power is lost. When in line at drive thrus or in slow traffic, vehicle lunges as the engine starts back. The default for this feature should be off. It is a safety issue and we are told by dealer decision was in response to support published epa fuel standards.
