If my AC controls are on when I start my truck the air works great. However if you turn the fan off and then back on, the difference in the temperature of the air is 14 degrees cooler. This is a pain when you live in Texas. I took it in and showed the service department how to make this happen. They took it back and said they recalibrated the controls. When the service manager called to tell me the truck was ready I asked if he tested it since you can make it do it every single time. Hang on and I will check.
Guess what, it did it again. They tested 3 trucks on the lot and all 3 of them did it also. Now it is going to the engineering department and they will call me back with either a fix or recall. Right now there is only 2 ways to make it go back to max cooling. 1 is to shut the truck off and restart it. 2 is hit the max cooling button numerous times till it finally acts right. It has been a month, no news yet.
