My new truck has a whining sound when cold. I have taken it to the dealer but they don't hear it. I am a licensed mechanic and have been around cars all my life so I know a bit about cars and trucks. I think there is a problem with the torque converter or pump because the truck whines in park and all ranges or low on fluid and I can not check that but the dealer has. This problem has been there since new and I worry that I will have problems in a few years. Has anyone had this problem?? 8spd
