Do not purchase this model of Ram. Chrysler warranty put me through 3 different dealer visits with no fix. Then, they claimed the truck functions as designed. Buyer beware.
I have checked the dodge forums and it appears that the 8 speed charger has the same issue. The problem occurs when I come to a stop each time, regardless of how long I am driving and the whole truck will bounce/kick and it is noticeable. The local dodge dealer was able to replicate the issue but could only say that it must be a transmission issue but at that time there were no software updates and to come back in a month. It feels like someone is hitting me from behind as it's not a smooth stop but the dealer said my brakes are fine. It's a newer truck and still covered under warranty so I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. Does anyone have any suggestions on this issue and is anyone else having this problem?
