severe front uncontrollable wheel hop at highway speed
Driving at 70 MPH on highway, hit a bump and the front end started wheel hopping out of control. I was in the middle lane and thank god no-one was beside or there would have been a major wreck. I immediately hit the brakes to slow down and it wheel hopped me off the pavement and into the shoulder. Scared the sh*t out of me. Thought the front wheels were coming off. Checked for anything loose and didn't find a thing. Got back in the truck and went to work at about 40 MPH. Now I am very concerned about driving at highway speed again. Cant believe Dodge would make a HD truck like this and not have a recall out. Very very dangerous. I bought this truck to tow my 10K pound boat and now I cant even drive it on the highway without fear of causing a major wreck or fatality. This is total BULLSHIT!!! $40,000 truck is a piece of sh*t in this condition. If your looking to buy one don't do it. Going to the dealership tomorrow. Wish me luck...
