At 400 miles the check engine light came on. Local dealer scanned and found 3 codes. They were; PO300 Multiple cylinder misfire, PO175 Fuel system 2/1 rich, and PO152 O2 sensor2/1 circuit high. After check and clearing codes, I cranked the vehicle to leave the dealership and the battery light lit up. I drove it home (approximately 12 miles) and it stayed illuminated until I shut the van off. I drove the van 35 miles on a call and it did not come on. While returning from the call the battery once again illuminated and stayed on. I made it home with the MIL light flashing. I called Ram customer service and they had the van taken on a roll back to a dealership. That was July 1 2014. It is now the 9th of Jul 2014 and I still have no van and no answer to what is wrong with my van. Customer service is of no help. I finally talked to a supervisor (Natasha) about my case, (case #25245063). She talked to dealership and told me that they were working on it. Not what is wrong with the van, or when I might expect it back, but they are working on it. Didn't help my screwed over feelings any. Customer service for Ram Promaster is a sad joke. Hopefully this problem will continue and I can give them the van back under the Arkansas Lemon Law. I like the features of the van but have no confidence in it or the support team built around it. I will never buy another Dodge, Chrysler, or Ram product.
