Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2003 Saab 9-3. the air conditioner blower stopped working in the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer for repair and discovered that the heat from the blower melted the wiring in the engine. The cause of the failure has not yet been determined. The current and failure mileages were 60,000.update 10/01/08 updated 10/02/08.
