They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Was driving car smelt fuel pulled over and found gas spraying out from under car by fuel tank no check engine light came on and car ran fine but there was a lot of fuel coming out. Fuel lines had started to come out from fuel pump like reported in the 2001 Saab 93 recall.
