Driver seat-belt fails to work, as reported by multiple drivers. This model should be recalled, similar to the convertible and other GM vehicles. It's the same seat belt mechanism. GM. Thanks.
Update from Aug 16, 2021: Seat-belt retrator is failure point. It refuses to retract 100%. Failure atches my 2008 Saab convertible seat-belt retractor failure, but my 2008 9-3 has had no recall?
