The contact owns a 2009 Saturn Outlook. The contact stated the power steering malfunctioned and the steering wheel became difficult to manuever while reversing out of a parking lot. The vehicle would make a squeaking noise whenever making a left or right turn. The failure recurred several times. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The technician diagnosed that the power steering needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
