They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2003 Saturn Vue. The contact stated while driving 40 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning in the middle of an intersection. The reduce power warning light illuminated after the failure occurred. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer stated that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number 14V047000 (air bags, electrical system). The contact stated that the alternator and battery were previously replaced. The VIN was not available. The failure and current mileage were 117,547.

The contact owns a 2003 Saturn Vue. The contact attempted to start the engine, but was unsuccessful. He believed that the battery was the cause of the failure. He opened the hood and noticed that the battery terminal had came off, and battery acid leaked all over the driveway. The contact purchased a new exide auto lite battery.
