The contact owns a 2004 Saturn Vue. The vehicle has Goodyear Eagle hp, size 255/35zr20 tires. While driving 4 mph, the contact heard air leaking from the front driver side tire. He then noticed that the tire was flat. The tire shop found cracks on the sidewalls of the tire and replaced the driver side tire. The contact stated that there were cracks on the other three tires as well. As of October 15, 2007, the tire shop had not replaced the tires. The failure mileage was 89,800 and current mileage was 99,900.
