The back hatch door handle looks like it is melted and very sticky. Needs to be replaced. Also when I shift into 3rd gear sometimes I feel a light grinding. It seems to only happen when my car is cold and does not happen after my car is warmed up. I hope it nothing wrong with the transmission. I have taken it to a mechanic they said nothing is wrong, very strange.

Manual transmission clutch pivot bolt failed while vehicle was at speed. Clutch pedal stopped working, transmission stuck in gear and could not be shifted into neutral. Required evasive actions to avoid collision. Mechanic disassembled transmission and located sheared off pivot bolt lying loose inside transmission casing. Mechanic stated that in their experience, incident was very unusual and not a common occurrence: In their opinion, cause was likely a manufacturing fault in bolt. Mechanic confirmed that rest of transmission and clutch showed no signs of premature wear or driver abuse.

On 4 separate incidents, my car accelerated on it's own while sitting still. The last incident was on March 23rd while I was sitting still in a mcdonald's drive thru. My foot was on the brake and the car suddenly acted as if I had stepped fully down on the gas pedal. I had to really push my foot down on the brake to keep it from lunging forward. I immediately pushed it into park and the car stopped accelerating. This is very dangerous and I am extremely worried it will happen again!
