large amount of water on passenger floorboard

Yet another problem with this piece of crap car. Got into the car yesterday and noticed my floor mats were wet. upon further investigation found the carpet drenched in water. Had complained before about a musty odor when turning on the air conditioning at around 20,000 miles. Their solution was to charge me for a new air cabin filter. Thought it was strange that a car so new needed a new filter already. Had not used the a/c that day at all but it did rain hard. Dont know what is wrong this time.
