The first time I drove the car at night in the rain I was unable to see anything in the side view mirrors. There is excessive water accumulation on the window & mirrors from the frame of the small side window. There are also reflections from the air ducts on the dash that impair visibility in the mirrors. Subaru says "the mirrors work as they were intended to", so they intended for the mirrors to be useless in the rain? or when the sun reflects on the dash? I don't understand why they would intend to put the driver in harms way.
