I bought the new Subaru XV Crosstrek in January and everything seemed normal. Within a month of driving the car to and from work, I noticed that there was some rattling on the right side of the car. It was more noticeable when the music was on but could definitely be heard when the car was silent.

First time I took it to the dealer, they found nothing, 2nd time they found that the speaker grill was loose, 3rd time they couldn't fins anything wrong with it and the 4th time they found a loose door panel in the right rear passenger seat. I got the car back and everything seemed OK for ONE DAY!!! The next day the right side of the vehicle was squeaking/rattling along with the rear hatchback portion and glove box.

I've called Subaru of American various times and they have elevated my case and are continuing to investigate but I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO KEEP GOING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE DEALER!!!! I have asked the numerous times to refund my money or give me another car to no avail, they say they have to keep investigating BUT AT WHAT COST????????????? I have a job, family and I life and I don't care to waste it going back and forth to the dealer. THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED NOW!!!

Such a shame too, I was such a huge Subaru fan after having a 2005 Forester but I guess they lost their quality!
