They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2004 Suzuki Forenza. The contact stated that while driving at a low speed, another vehicle crashed into the side of the contact's vehicle and the air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician was unable to diagnose the failure. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact owns a 2004 Suzuki Forenza. While driving 45 mph, the contact crashed into the side of another vehicle. The vehicle sustained moderate damages and none of the air bags deployed. She called the dealer to determine the cause of the failure, but was referred to her insurance Agency. The contact has a copy of the police report and pictures of the failed incident. The failure and current mileages were 43,000.
