Forenza Premium

  • 5,000 miles

In January of this year I purchased my car brand new off the showroom floor. I loved the sunroof and radio controls on the steering wheel so I chose a premium. As of May I started having problems in the morning starting my car. Over time the problem got worse. I took my car back and from what they explained it was a glitch in the computer program and I was told a new program would be in any day. My car would start fine throughout the day but after I let it sit overnight it wouldn't crank in the mornings without me almost flooding my car. After waiting a month to be notified about the new program and after my car significantly became worse I went back to the dealership. The repairmen told me that tons of cars had came in with the same problem. I was treated like I was the grief but after pitching a fit they put me in a rental for a week til they fixed the problem. I came back to return the loaner and I was told the program had came in and everything was fine. My car now usually starts fine in the morning but now it just cuts off sometimes during the day. Anyone with the same problem please help my solve this pain in the ass. Email me using the comment link below.

That is very sad that I only had my new car for 2 weeks and this problem started. My car has been in the shop for 1 week and it has not been fixed yet.

Really hate this problem. I'm scared of going out in my "new" car because the engine won't start. The bad thing about this is that it's a brand new car!! The car dealer won't exchange the car. They can't find anything when computer checking. It's a pain and it is very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!
