Attention: Mr. Shuzo Hoshikura General Manager

Gentlemen: In response to your letter dated August 06, 2015 with softcopy emailed on August 20, 2015 by Ms. Jennelyn Pebre, allow me to correct certain issues mentioned on your letter.

July 07 is the day my brother brought the unit to Suzuki Auto Zamboanga for evaluation while July 9 is the date I signed on the Job order because it was not available on July 7. Suzuki Auto Zamboanga already conducted an examination on my unit last July 7, 2015. During the first (July 22) and second (July 30) mediation held at DTI Region 9, the same question was raised that is, Why crankshaft oil seal leak on the 17the day from date released on June 18? As consumer, it is our right to know the cause of that problem. But I received a silent answer. I believe that the possibilities are low engine oil, viscosity, metallurgical or wrong installation. I think it falls down to the 3rd and 4th factor which means manufacturing defect.

This is my personal investment but considering the defect, it is no longer a good return. Also as mentioned before that I already sold my two old cars just to acquire a brand new one, believing that the latter would have low maintenance. I ask this question again, why repair comes first before the maintenance? Always with a silent answer.

Considering that I have complaint for Poor Product Quality and Safety. Lemon Law is too agonizing for this matter. The unit was just 17 days old. My emotions to what had happened can’t be healed by any law. This is a personal complaint but somehow they connect other business matters not related to this issue.

If Suzuki Philippines disapproved my second request for Change Unit, then with your company’s permission, I will return the unit to Suzuki auto Zamboanga with or without any remuneration. I won’t waste on my time, effort and money to invest on things not worth fighting for. I am just a consumer not satisfied buying your product.

Much of my time and effort have been wasted. I have waited for nothing.

- Lovella F., Zamboanga, Philippines
