Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki XL7. The contact stated that the check engine light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician diagnosed that the evap purge valve was defective. In addition, the contact stated that while driving at 55 mph, the vehicle would shake and had a loud noise coming from the front wheels. Also, the contact mentioned that the air bag sensor had malfunctioned. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who stated that the front wheel bearing needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 90,000.
