Cannot imagine a new car has rusted metal parts and dirty interior, and other misc. problems. Have doubt on the quality of the car.
Update from Aug 7, 2017: Note that the car interior was dirty at pick up of the brand new car. The car company had schedule another time for cleaning up of the car.
Update from Sep 2, 2017: Fixed by replacing the rusted bar
