The contact owns a 2000 Toyota Corolla with fts westlake tires LT235/75R-15. She stated that she heard about the chinese tire recall. There had been no failure to date the tire dot was not available. The current mileage was 30,000.

2000 Corolla right rear tire blew out. When the tire blew out, it caused the vehicle to rotate clockwise, the vehicle then went off to the left side of the road and struck a concrete median.
Rides louder than huv, changed from michelins to perrelli P400 and still have the same noise, it kind of sounds like a rock in the tread but it isn't.don't know if is cv joints or whatever but Toyota are supposed to last forever.my wife drives vehicle thats why I haven't found the problem yet....thanks.
While driving about 55 mph right rear tire exploded without a prior warning.consumer kept control of vehicle. Then, took vehicle to nearest shop where they said that tire could not be repaired, and could not determine what caused the explosion. P-175/65R14, Toyota, Corolla, 2000. Tires are Michelin MX4.
