no reactive force when apply sudden brake in panic situation

I am from Dubai and I purchased one Toyota Fortuner 2014 model from Al Futtaim Motors on October 2014. Within weeks I noticed some problem with the brake system. It will not happen always, only when the brake is applied on panic situation. For example, approx. by 3000km the other car entered into the main road from service road without stopping, when I applied the sudden brake (I was at a speed of 80km/hr) and the speed is reduced but I noticed my car is still moving slowly and the brake pedal touched on the bottom without any reactive force. Same issue I felt once more before 5000 km. Here also I felt the reactive force only initially but later the brake pedal freely moved till the base without effecting any brake to the wheel and luckily escaped without accident.

During second service (completing 5000km) I pointed out the matter to Toyota Service Centre, Dubai and they mentioned it on the job card. I collected my vehicle back after two hour with the confirmation that the brake issue was checked and rectified. With that trust I took vehicle to the road but the same happened after one month (10/Dec/14) at 7000km and I met with a minor accident at 80km/hr and front portion is damaged.

From 18/Dec/14 onwards my vehicle is under repair with Al Futtaim Toyota Body Workshop in Dubai. They are delaying the repair and is almost 2 months!!! and reason for delay, as per them, is chassis is damaged and is not available in stock. As per RTA test after the accident, ‘COMPLETE CHASSIS THICK RUST PROOFED’ is noticed on the report which was done by the dealer. If they could have rectified the brake issue earlier during the service, this incident can be avoided.

We are expecting an immediate solution on above issues as soon as possible as we are using rental car. What you think as a genuine case instead of going for the replacement of entire parts including chassis on new vehicle, as it is under warranty, replacement with new vehicle is right solution??????????????
