Water pump bearing failure at 80,000 miles. Water pump replacement requires engine and transmission removal! The repair cost would have been more ($1800) if I hadn't haggled with multiple shops to get a better price. Something that I consider to be pretty routine maintenance on a vehicle (though water pump failure at such low mileage is pretty concerning) shouldn't require this kind of work. Bad design, Toyota.
