Painfull seat solution: Cut out a wedge of foam to fit into bucket seat. The width is the width BETWEEN the rises on either side of the bottom of seat. The rear of the foam is thinker than the front. Enough to raise your backside and flatten the seat a bit. I think manufacturers make the seat so you have do place your backside down down down with knees to high for good ergonomics. The goal of the foam wedge is to flatten the seat so your backside is slightly higher in the seat, not lower than your knees.
I felt better right away. you can get foam and cut it with a turkey knife and cover with cloth or ? The wedge for my TAcoma was about 3" at the back of seat and tapered to nothing nearer my knees. Thanks to my chiropractor for suggesting this idea! Course I don't see her much anymore now!
