2007 Toyota Tacoma. Consumer writes in regards to 5 recalls on vehicle the consumer stated over the last five years there were approximately five recalls on the vehicle and the dealer refused to remedy them, which made the vehicle almost worthless.
When coming to a stop the rear end makes a cluck noise and it feels like your struck from behind. This happens every time I come to a complete stop. The dealer says its normal for this truck.
Both seals in the rear differential of my 2007 Toyota Tacoma failed and had to be replaced. The leaking oil also required replacement of the brakes. The vehicle only had 52,000 miles at the time.
My 2007 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 crew cab surges/accelerates forward. When stopped with brake applied several times vehicle has accelerated forward. Also after gas is applied vehicle surges. I almost it a truck and a person walking in front of my truck. Dealership mike ferrell Toyota in champmanville wv refused to give me a rental then I went home-vehicle had to be towed to dlr. Dlr didn't disclose surging concern-I found out on internet.
Truck "surges" forward when at a complete stop. Truck also exhibits vibration in the drivetrain at low speeds/ low rpms this is constant and recurring since I bought my vehicle. 2007 Toyota Tacoma double cab.
