Seat belts not retracting or are slow to retract. The drivers side seat belt is slow to retract and sometimes doesn't retract easily as it should. Problem first occurred two tears into owning vehicle and were replaced under warranty. The problem has reoccurred and it looks like an expensive fix now. I have also noticed the same problem on my 2002 Camry SE with 60k miles. Seems to me this is a safety problem that Toyota is trying to cover up.
