Four fasteners that attach the lower control arm/ ball joint to the spindle/ hub assembly failed on the front right tire and came apart pulling into a parking lot after a 1.5 hour drive at highway speeds. Recalls on the lower ball joint assembly in 2002-2005 Tundra seem to result in the same type of separation.
