Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Major windshield glare. Not sure if it's the angle of the windshield, the brushed-plastic type dash that seems highly reflective, or a combination of the two... but when sunlight hits the dashboard, it creates a glare on the windshield. Depending on the angle of the sun, it can become extremely difficult to see through and poses a high risk at anything in a shaded area (like driving from sunny road through shaded patch). The glare is noticeable in low light and at night when passing street lamps/traffic lights. On a scale of 1-10... the night/low light visibility is around 1 or 2 but when you have the sun glaring on it, it's more of a 8-9. temporary solution would most likely be a dash mat but maybe re-design or different material used would be better suggestion for the manufacturer.
