The contact owns a 2010 Volkswagen Cc. The contact stated that the driver seat had a berm on the side which was too high for her. It caused her to trip and fall to the pavement and she injured herself twie. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who stated that the vehicle was not made for her to drive and offered no further assistance. The contact called the manufacturer and filed a complaint. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
