-the contact owns a 2007 Volkswagen Eos. The contact was driving approximately 25 mph. Suddenly, another vehicle crashed into the side of the vehicle. The side air bag system failed to deploy with the impact. There was no personal injury. A police report was filed for the incident. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for repairs. The failure and current mileages were 42,000. Updated 5/20/2010 updated 09/23/10
